The TorkLift SuperHitch Original lets you bring more along for the ride. Its dual, vertically stacked 2" receivers make it possible to tow a trailer while carrying a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier. You don’t need to choose between hauling your camper setup and taking extra gear — both receivers maintain high towing strength without dropping capacity like most adapter setups do. Rated for 17,000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 1,700 lbs tongue weight (up to 20,000 lbs GTW and 2,000 lbs TW with weight distribution), it’s built to handle serious loads safely.
This hitch was designed with truck camper owners in mind. It’s pre-drilled to accept TorkLift camper tie-downs (sold separately), so you can mount your camper securely without extra drilling or custom brackets. When you need added reach, the SuperTruss extensions (sold separately) let you clear a bed-mounted camper while keeping strong towing capacity — even up to 10,000 lbs with a 60" extension when using weight distribution.
Strength is what sets the SuperHitch apart. The sturdy steel frame uses high-penetration, dual-shield welding for maximum durability, while hardened, reinforced hitch pin holes prevent wear over time. The black powder coat finish resists corrosion and keeps the hitch looking clean even after years of use in tough conditions. Safety chain loops are built in, and it includes two hitch pins and clips ready for your towing setup.
The SuperHitch mounts directly to the frame with a bolt-on design, so there’s no welding or complicated fabrication needed. Once installed, you’ve got a Class V hitch that’s tough enough for heavy trailers, flexible enough for accessories, and ready for whatever combination of towing and cargo hauling your trips demand.

Works great but very disappointed with the paint they used. Not even 6 months and most of the paint has chipped off leaving surface rust all over it.

great hitch very heavy duty
Easy upgrade from the factory hitch. Getting the spare tire down and back up was the hardest part of the install process. It wasnt too bad to do it alone but a second person would've been nice.

No review yet since I have not seen the hitch; it was delivered to my brother's house in SC and I am in Alaska. But I am headed down that way over the weekend to install the hitch on my truck down there. If you really want a star rating though, I would give the service from etrailer a 5 star. Shipping was quicker than expected.
The unit was easy to install. It's a great product. I like the fact that it's in 3 pieces which helps the "do it yourselfer" with installation. The hitch got here in a very very timely fashion. Received quickly but the box was showing signs that a struggle had taken place and the box lost. Upon opening the boxes I found that several pieces from the installation kit were missing, I called and an entire new installation kit was quickly shipped to me. Installation was easy and I have been very happy with the customer service.

The superhitch was very easy to install with great instructions. The hitch worked great with my camper and extended 48” torque lift stinger for pulling my boat. Super happy with the product and glad I bought it.
Heavy duty hitch upon comparison to OEM hitch on my 2004 F 250 Super Duty that came with the factory towing package. Install was simple and straightforward as per easy to understand directions. Only difficult part was removing OEM hitch as Ford used some tough type of heavy duty lock-tite on the OEM hitch bolts. Had to heat nuts/bolts with a torch to melt lock-tite in order for my air impact gun to loosen the bolts.
Very solid, well made, heavy duty hitch. We bought this to use with the three foot extension to pull our boat when the slide in camper is mounted in the truck bed. We mounted this on an F350 Super Duty dually. Super heavy duty construction and fairly straight forward installation.
The folks at Etrailer are very helpful. Someone is always available to answer questions and their shipping is almost instant. You can order with confidence from these folks and they have many videos to walk you through installation of many of their products. Happy customer here!

Fast shipping, easy install. Just what I was looking for to haul truck camper and tow trailer, Next is a hitch extension.
Installed easily and seems to be more than rugged enough to handle my trailer.
Arrived quickly in a few days. A heavy duty hitch that installed easy. A extra hand or a floor jack makes installing a breeze. Removing the stock Ford hitch was easy as well.
Phone tech support was right on with hooking me up with the proper hitch and camper tie-downs for my application. Pricey of the TorkLift hitch, camper tie downs, and 2' double extended tow bar. Upside these are quality products that are made to do the job. Thanks to all tech support for their help!
The product was received quickly and complete. This solved a need for a 48" extension rated at 600# tongue and 6000# tow weight without an equalizer hitch. I have an F350 with a Lance Camper in the bed that extends a couple feet beyond the back of the bed. Depending on the mission, I tow a Toyota FJ, loaded onto a Demco Tow Dolly with surge brakes, for off road exploring or a Wellcraft Excalibur 230 boat, also with surge brakes, for lake outings. Drivability with both is rock solid with this hitch and extension system.
Hitch install was very easy. Straightforward instructions! But it was a heavy booger!!
